The DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll results were announced shortly before. Strongly represented in the top 100 results are Trance and Techno. This is not a surprise. Trance and Techno have overwhelmingly dominated the survey for many years.
That investigation is not yet familiar with the DJ Mag, which is an annual survey is presented for the DJ Magazine. Inviting fans to vote for their favorite DJ s. Therefore, it is more like a popularity poll. The truth is probably somewhere in between. Events and festivals and 'trance techno DJ's do dominate the DJ & DJ Mag poll, however, these sub-genres of electronic dance music such as guestwhich tends to draw the biggest crowd.
