You plug the CDJs into the audio interface, plug the interface into the mixer, and the interface into the computer (USB). You then load timecode CDs into the CDJs and it will allow you to control virtual DJ after you configure it to use the audio interface.
Note: it might be easier to ditch VirtualDJ and look instead at Traktor Scratch Pro or Serato Scratch Live which are all in one solutions for controlling software with CDJs and are far better quality than VDJ.
